Refurb Technician – Charlotte, NC

As a Refurb Technician, you’ll work primarily in our Charlotte facility, refurbishing and repairing coffee, tea, and water brewing equipment. You’ll ensure that all equipment is cleaned, repaired, and tested to meet our high-quality standards before returning to customers. This role is ideal for someone with mechanical or electrical aptitude, attention to detail, and a desire to learn in a hands-on environment.

Daily Duties and Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and refurbish commercial coffee, tea, and water brewing equipment

• Replace worn or defective components, including valves, heating elements, wiring, and fittings

• Perform thorough cleaning, descaling, and quality testing before units are released

• Maintain accurate records of parts used and work performed

• Follow company refurbishment SOPs and safety guidelines

• Keep workstations organized and maintain a clean, safe shop environment

• Collaborate with team members as needed

• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–2 years of mechanical, electrical, or appliance repair experience (preferred)

• Basic understanding of plumbing, wiring, and tool use

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures

• Dependable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to lift and move equipment safely (up to 50 lbs)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Pay: $23.00 per hour
