Capitol Coffee is seeking a reliable Hybrid Route Delivery Driver Helper to assist with delivering products and looking after break rooms and associated areas for a key customer. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, the ability to lift heavy products, and a commitment to maintaining a positive and professional attitude while ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, the ability to lift heavy products, and a commitment to maintaining a positive and professional attitude while ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Daily Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure all areas at customer site are fully stocked and maintained, including breakrooms and breakout areas
- Assist in pulling orders in the warehouse for loading
- Load and unload product from van, ensuring accurate delivery to break rooms and breakout areas
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
- Other duties as assigned
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to stand for up to 8 hours at a time
- Ability to individually lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the day
- Previous experience in delivery and customer service or a similar role, preferred
- Comfortable with repetitive movements and tasks throughout the day
- Proficient in the use of a smartphone and basic computer applications
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
